TestBankBytes ships paperback study guides from our US warehouse. Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no membership, no surprise charges at checkout.
How shipping works
- You complete checkout and pay securely online with a US shipping address.
- Weekday orders enter our handling queue the same day. Weekend orders pick up Monday morning.
- Once the paperback leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to the door.
- Most US destinations receive their book in 1–2 business days in transit after handling.
Format
- Every study guide is a perfect-bound paperback printed on bright, study-friendly paper.
- Pages lie open on a desk so you can write notes alongside the text.
- Books are tabbed and indexed by chapter for fast lookup during study.
Shipping is free across the US
- Standard US shipping costs $0 — and always will. The price you see on the product page is the total you pay.
- We ship to all 50 US states plus APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
Tracking didn't update?
- Allow up to 24 hours after the ship notice for the carrier's first scan. Early-morning shipments sometimes don't update until the evening sort.
- Check that the address on your order confirmation is correct — typos are the #1 cause of late delivery.
- If five business days have passed without an update, email contact@testbankbytes.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier trace, and if the book is lost we ship a replacement free.
Returns
- Unused copies are returnable within 7 days of delivery — see our return policy for the full details.
- Defective books (printing errors, missing pages, damage in transit) are replaced free anytime, no window limit.
- We send a prepaid US return label within one business day of approving a return request.
What we don't do
- We do not offer same-day or guaranteed next-day delivery — standard mail only.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not charge for shipping, packaging, or tracking.
